Is international trade good?
International trade has led to unemployment, competition, and increasing pressure on manufacturing goods.
It has also led to a lot of really cheap stuff.
Almost every economist is completely behind international trade. Of course, it is not without its problems, but the benefits (most say) greatly outweigh the costs, especially to the poor, in our country and others.
